1) STATUS: 4/30/2020 Comments to be addressed.
2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.
3) T0.1 The currently adopted version of the National Electric Code (NEC) is 2017.
4) T0.1 The 2012 INTERNATIONAL ENERGY CONSERVATION CODE is to be included in the list of applicable codes affecting this project.
5) A2.2 Key Sheet Note #6 states: "NEW AL. CURTAIN WALL SYSTEM W/ 1" THERMAL GLAZING". Please specify the thermal "U" factor that will meet the requirements of IECC Table C402.3 plus local amendment.
6) A6.1 & A4.1 Provide structural and seismic calculations plus fastening details for the suspended circular ceiling decorations to include the engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis.
