2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.                RESOLVED 4-17-2020.

3) Exhaust fan EF-1 has been eliminated. Please revise sheet M001 accordingly.            RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-16-2020.

4) M212                Air outlet SD is not on the Air Inlet/Outlet Schedule. Please provide updated information.                       RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-16-2020.

5) M212                Floor/Ceiling assemblies at the airport are required to be 2-hour rated as per the Code Study on G004. The penetration of that assembly by the 10" supply duct from above per Sheet Note #1 would require a fire damper. (IBC 717.5.2)                     4-17-2020 UNRESOLVED. THIS ITEM IS YET TO BE ADDRESSED.                 RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-29-2020.
