1) STATUS: 4-13-2020 Comments to be addressed.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. 

3) Exhaust fan EF-1 has been eliminated. Please revise sheet M001 accordingly.

4) M212                Air outlet SD is not on the Air Inlet/Outlet Schedule. Please provide updated information.

5) M212                Floor/Ceiling assemblies at the airport are required to be 2-hour rated as per the Code Study on G004. The penetration of that assembly by the 10" supply duct from above per Sheet Note #1 would require a fire damper. (IBC 717.5.2) 

6) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.  (23.10.104.8.1)
