1. The following comments based on the 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.

4.  CIRCUIT DIRECTORY OR CIRCUIT INDENATION ON FLOOR PLAN & PANEL SCHEDULS:

Sheets E003, E004, and E005 (Panel Schedule and Floor Plans - Circuit Identifications). Panel schedules and floor plans do not have same circuit identifications. For example: panels show many circuits named REC-NAMS open office 1354 WKST, NAMS closed office 1358 WKST, REC open office 2360 ticketing level 2, REC-gate L charging station SW, REC-Gate L tandem seats NW and REC-Gate L tandem Seats SE. These circuits should be clearly identified. No two circuits should have the same identification/names. Refer to NEC 408.4 for circuit identifications.

3.  When the above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three (3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical  engineer’s stamp and signature.
