1) STATUS: 12-12-2019 Comments to be addressed.            12-26-2019 APPROVED.


2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.             RESOLVED 12-26-2019.


3) G001                     It appears that the construction is either Type "V-A" or "V-B" and not "III-B" requiring 2-hour exterior walls.           RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-17-2019.


4) G001                     The occupancy Type is "R-2" for dormitories and not "B" for business.                     RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-17-2019.


5) 01 & 03/A102 & 02/A412               The shower head and controls for a transfer-type shower mount on the opposite side of the compartment from the seat and not behind the seat, per ICC/ANSI A117.1-608.2.1.3.                RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-17-2019.
