1. The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.

2. CODE STUDY:

Please code study and include detailed floor plan, type of construction, occupant load, toilet facility and ADA compliance.

3. WOOD UNSED AND TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION:
