1) STATUS: 11-15-2019 Comments to be addressed. 12-11-2019 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 12-11-2019.

3) M211.2. M212 & M213 Clarify the makeup air path for the air being exhausted out of the men's and women's bathrooms. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-10-2019.

4) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT. (23.10.104.8.1) RESOLVED 12-11-2019.
