1) STATUS: 8-21-2019 Comments to be addressed. 9-09-2019 COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED. 12-04-2019 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 9-09-2019.

3) Per Policy AG.39, submitted blueprint font size is required to be at least 3/32". Provide full size plans. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 8-29-2019.

4) A221 The minimum corridor width for an occupancy less than 50 is 36" per IBC Table 1018.2. Door #E2337 reduces the minimum corridor width down to about 15" in violation of IBC 1005.7.1. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-04-2019.

5) A401 The horizontal grab bar in the water closet side profile is show with a mounting height of 33"-36" AFF to the centerline but should be measured to the top of the gripping surface per ICC/ANSI A117.1-609.4.1. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-04-2019.

6) A401 The ADA mounting height for a mirror is 40" AFF to the bottom of the reflective surface (not the bottom of the frame as depicted). RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-04-2019.

7) A701 Side light window W1 requires safety glass per IBC 2406.4.2. Please clarify. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-04-2019.

8) A701 Clarify that the existing exit door #E2346B has a minimum clear width of 32" in accordance with IBC 1008.1.1. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-04-2019.
