1) STATUS: 11-25-2019 Comments to be addressed.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.

3) G003 & G004              Provide a listed top of wall slip joint assembly for the Type "B3" and "E" 1-hour wall assemblies.

4) G004                           Wall Type "E" shows 2 layers of 3/4" plywood (combustible material). This building is Type "1A" construction where combustible material is not allowed except as permitted in section 603. Please clarify the code reference section that allows such use.

5) A603                           There are 3 references on this page to "GL-1" (See A601). There is no mention of "GL-1" on A601. Please clarify.
    

6) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.  (23.10.104.8.1)
