1.  The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. 

2.  KITCHEN AND KITCHNETTES HEIGHT:

Sheet A1. Please verify that the height front of the sink is 34 inches maximum above the floor measured to be higher of the rim or counter surface.

3. WATER CLOSETS AND TOILET COMPARTMENTS CLEARANCES WIDTH CLREARANCE DEPTH:    

Sheet A1. Please verify the clearance width around a water closet to be 60 inches maximum width, measured perpendicular from the sidewall.

Please verify the clearance depth around a water closet to be 56 inches minimum in depth, measured perpendicular from rear wall. Refer to ICC A117.1 Section 604.3.1 and 604.3.2

4.  When the above comments have been addressed please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.
