1) STATUS: 6-05-2019 Comments to be addressed. 6-12-2019 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 6-12-2019.

3) M1.1 22 60 00 Medical Gas and Vacuum Piping Provide additional information for the benefit of the contractor that verification tests shall be performed by a technically competent third party, meeting the requirements of ASSE 6030. (UPC 1327.1.1) RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 6-06-2019.

4) M5.0 Provide trench details clarifying access to the medical gas piping joints for visible inspection and testing. (UPC 1317.4) RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 6-06-2019.

5) M5.0 Provide the dental equipment drawings that were referenced. (UPC 1311.2) RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 6-06-2019.

6) M5.0 The compressor air intake shall be located outdoors above roof level, at a distance not less than 10 feet from a door, window, exhaust, other intake, or opening in the building and a distance of not less than 20 feet above ground. (UPC 1324.4) RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 6-06-2019.

7) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH ALETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.
