2) The following comments based upon the 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 5-28-2019.
3) M003 Basic Materials and Methods item #13 instructs the contractor to provide water hammer arrestors and that they are to be sized per the schedule. Please clarify the location of the schedule. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 5-28-2019.
4) M100 Clarify the note 3" RL UP (TYP) in the area of the Men's bathroom. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 5-28-2019.
5) M100 Except for the mop sink, all FD-2's are to be provided with trap seal protection per UPC 1007.1. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 5-28-2019.
6) M101 Clarify the size and location of the plumbing vent riser through the roof for all of the kitchen area fixtures. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 5-28-2019.
