Provide full engineered drawing with hydraulic calculation complying with the 2012 IFC 901.2 and 2010 NFPA 13 chapter 22.  Plans have no scope of work, no sprinkler head info for what is being removed and installed, one page of drawings have red dots and other set is all black and white.   This is not an acceptable set of drawings for review or submittal.

Under the 2012 IEBC section section 904 for sprinkler systems greater than 50% of the system is affected and shall be required to be seismically upgraded per section 804.2.2  item 2.

   of upright sprinkler heads, do to drop ceiling being
   removed.  No hydraulic calculation done.  

   When a new tenant leases the space, the space

   current NFPA 13 requirements for the hazards.


5AMC 23.10.104.9Deferral of any submitted items shall have the prior approval of the building official. The registered design professional in responsible charge shall list the deferred submittals on the construction documents for review.
