1. Verify with zoning and planning any required movement towards conformity or provide a NCD letter from land use review. It appears this site does not provide a pedestrian connection to the Right of way.
2. It appears that new port - de-couture has a vertical clearance of less than 14 feet. Provide Maximum clearance signage in both sides of elevation for replaced structure.
