3. Review of site plan seems to be relocating or modifying several existing accessible stalls. Detail & on sheet C300 seem to reference only accessible parking for new restaurant. Please provide additional information for the other relocated or modified spaces. Please indicate what signs exist and what new signs will be added to main building to meet code requirements for proper signage and striping. 4. There are 5 18 foot parking spaces in SW Corner that appear to overhang into required landscaping bed and may be impacted by proposed planning materials. Typical spaces are 9 x 20 and can be 18 feet if there is sufficient area in landscaping aisle.
