The MOA GIS Flood Hazard Layer shows this building to be outside of the FEMA mapped 1 percent annual chance flood SFHA. The building appears to be above 19.0 feet msl however the lowest floor elevation may be below 20.0 feet which is required by municipal code. This work is a non structural wall that does not affect the flood risk to the building. sme
