2) The following comments based upon the 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.                RESOLVED 10-23-2018.

3) Provide full size plumbing plans that are signed and sealed by an Alaska registered professional mechanical engineer.            10-23-2018 UNRESOLVED. PROVIDE PLUMBING PLANS THAT ARE SIGNED AND SEALED BY AN ALASKA REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL MECHANICAL ENGINEER.                RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2-12-2019.

4) M2.2             Since soda waste is corrosive to cast iron, please clarify that the waste line serving FS-1 at the soda dispenser is required to be ABS from FS-1 to the 4" waste main including the branch fitting.                 RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2-25-2019.

5) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH ALETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.  (23.10.104.8.1)             RESOLVED 3-06-2019.
