1) STATUS: 10-23-2018 Comments to be addressed.                2-20-2019 COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.                  RESOLVED 2-20-2019.

3) Provide mechanical plans that are signed and sealed by an Alaska registered professional mechanical engineer.            RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 2-12-2019.

4) Provide structural and seismic calculations plus fastening details for AHU-1 to include the engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis.

5) The duct penetration and air transfer opening through the wall at column line 22 require smoke dampers per IBC 509.4.2 & 717.5.5 concerning laundry rooms over 100 square feet.

6) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature.RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH ALETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.  (23.10.104.8.1)
