Provide a use determination from Land Use Review, contact Sonnet Calhoun at 343-8353. Ryan will schedule a meeting. If it is determined to be a manufacturing business a conditional use will be required.

Based on the information provided the use appears to be the same as previous. Therefore it is assumed the parking was sufficient for the use. The seating area is being reduced and the kitchen is being expanded to include the coolers.
