1) STATUS: 11-20-2018 Comments to be addressed. 11-26-2018 COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED.
2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 11-26-2018.
3) Provide a code study within the plan set for the building and its use. RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 11-21-2018.
4) New 11-26-2018 A5.2 Provide detailed door hardware group information on the plans.
5) New 11-26-2018 A5.2 The glass in storefront types S1 through S4 requires safety glazing per IBC 2406.4.2. Please clarify.
6) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.
