Drawing G02, Code Analysis; Construction Type VB is indicated in two locations on this drawing.  I believe that since a NFPA 13R sprinkler system is installed, the allowable area for Construction Type VB is exceeded.  The Construction Type VA is likely appropriate for this building.

Drawing A01, Canopy Plan and Roof Plan, Drawing A02, Elevations, Drawing A03, Sections, and Drawing A04, Sections; Since this is a Construction Type VA building, A one hour fire resistive roof is required.  The assembly indicated is close to qualifying for this one hour fire resistive requirement.  If a listed one hour fire resistive roof assembly is provided, the 3/4 inch plywood enclosed in the assembly is often allowed in the assembly listing when used in a Construction Type VA building.

Drawing A01, Canopy Plan and Roof Plan, Drawing A02, Elevations, Drawing A03, Sections, and Drawing A04, Sections; Since this is a Construction Type VA building, one hour fire resistive columns and beams are required.  The assembly type is not indicated for these structural members that shows this one hour fire resistive requirement, although it is likely an existing condition.  If an existing listed one hour fire resistive assembly can be shown, please also indicate a qualified repair procedure for the assembly.

Advisory Comment; Since mineral wool insulation is provided filling the full depth of the cavity (as presently shown on the drawing), then the canopy will likely not require sprinkler coverage with compliant Building Construction Type VA assemblies added to the plans.
