1. Please provide design of the studs. The concern is for out-of-plane wind loads and snow loads. Please note that the interior of this structure is not finished so the studs cannot be chosen from the metal stud catalog tables as these tables assumed studs are supported in the weak direction on both sides.

2. Please clarify the foundation. Is this a typical concrete stem wall with strip footing, sonotube, pile, other? Please indicate the foundation requirements on the drawings.
