T. plywood indicated in the wall sections, including in the overhead concealed space.  As stated above, since the Building Code Study indicates that the Building Construction is Type IB, non bearing wood in a non combustible building must be fire resistive treated per IBC Section 603.1, item 1.  However; for the exposed P. T. plywood in the concealed space, please also show compliance with the requirements of IBC Section 718.5.
