6/14/2018 - Permit reviewed. Comments issued.

1. Reference page 11 of the calculations. It does not appear as if the correct wind speeds were used. Please justify the wind speeds used.

2. Reference page 11 of the calculations. it appears that seismic is based on an SDS of 0.233. This is not correct for Anchorage. Please justify this value.

3. Please verify the new jetway column can be attached to the foundation by the existing anchor bolts. Please provide a check of the existing anchor bolts and foundation reinforcement unless it can be shown the loads have not been increased by more than 10%.
