1) STATUS: 4-05-2018 Comments to be addressed.               4-16-2018 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.              RESOLVED 4-16-2018.

3) A102             The code study indicates that two exits are required. Exit signs are required per IBC 1011 and emergency lighting per IBC 1006.               RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-10-2018.

4) A-201            The 40" mounting height of the 2 mirrors must indicate that the measurement is to the bottom of the reflective surface as required per ICC/ANSI A117.1-603.3.                       RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-10-2018.

5) A101 & A201         The ADA water closet clear space is 5 feet from the corner behind the fixture along the back wall towards the sink. It appears that the sink falls within that space. Please clarify.                  RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 4-10-2018.

6) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.
