1) STATUS: 2-27-2018 Comments to be addressed.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.

3) M100                       On the Plumbing Fixture Schedule please clarify notes #1 and #2.

4) M100                       FD-1 requires trap seal protection per UPC 1007.

5) M101                         Food Service Plan K1 indicates that there are two Fryers #13. Please clarify quantity and BTU input for each unit.

6) M300                         There was no schedule of fixtures P-1 thru P-4 on M100. Please clarify.

7) M301                         The 3/4" gas branch to WH-1 (199 MBH @ 45 feet) and the 3/4" gas branch to K14 (159 MBH @ 55 feet) appear to be undersized per UPC Table 1216.2(1).

8) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.   (23.10.104.8.1)
