Drawing G103, Code Study; The frontage increase for the auditorium is shown as .45 and also as .42.  Per the Architect of Record, .42 will be used and the allowable area recalculated.  This was redlined on the plans and results in no adverse effect on the results of this code change.

Drawing A2 and A11 indicate Intumescent Coatings are required. Verify that the Intumescent Coating is suitable for this use per the manufacturers listing.  Special Inspection is required for Intumescent Coatings; thus, submit the manufacturers listing for the Intumescent Coating and a Special Inspection Letter for this application on a deferred submittal basis.
