Refer to Sheet I-113. The exiting from the most remote point of Room 1513 to the south stair is greater than 75 ft. The doors to the meeting/dining room to the west are locked under normal operations and only release under fire alarm. A second exit is required. Please clarify the exiting from this level. Reference: IFC Section 1104.18 11/2/17 - Not resolved. Response notes there is an agreement between Remington and AFD regarding the allowance of the single exit space. No record of this agreement was found in AFD files, nor any recollection by any of the inspectors who have been involved with the hotel. Please clarify exiting as requested above.
