1) STATUS: 10-12-2017 Comments to be addressed. 11-09-2017 APPROVED.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. RESOLVED 11-09-2017.

3) Provide structural and seismic calculations plus fastening details for B-1 & 2, AC-1 and CU-1 to include the engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis. RESOLVED 11-09-2017.

4) M2.4 As shown, the combustion air opening requirements for the two boilers would be 484 square inches per IFGC Table 304.6.2, but the opening shown is only 100 square inches. 11-09-2017 TO BE A DEFERRED SUBMITTAL TO UPGRADE BOILERS AND COMBUSTION AIR TO INCORPORATE ADDITIONAL SNOW MELT AREAS.

5) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT. (23.10.104.8.1) RESOLVED 11-09-2017.
