1) STATUS: 8-14-2017 Comments to be addressed.              9-08-2017 APPROVED.  

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.                RESOLVED 9-08-2017.

3) Provide a code study to at least include the type of construction, sprinkler and the fire-resistance rating requirements for building elements per IBC Table 601.                   RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 9-07-2017.

4) Provide attachment details to fire protected structural elements with sufficient information to indicate how the existing fire protection will be maintained. This may be accomplished on a deferred submittal basis.               RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 9-07-2017.

5) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.
