Response only included cover sheet from GNE, no revised drawing or revised calculation package was found in the resubmittal. 1. Provide a note on the plans to provide special inspection for the post installed anchors. See ESR 3814. 2. Provide a letter from the special inspection agency that will perform the special inspections. 3. It is not clear that the overstrength factor was used in determining the load requirements for the post installed anchors, please clarify. See ACI 318 D3.3.
