Provide a notarized letter on company letter head from the building owner or owners of the property located at 1020 W 12th ave that Mr. Ron Thompson with Scope Permitting & Engineering Services has full legal authority as the Owner Representative to sign documents for permit F17-1159. Or have owner sign the Alternate Means and Methods letter and not Mr. Ron Thompson.

Fire alarm configuration does not meet the requirements of the 2010 23.8.2.10 for the fire alarm control unit for a subsystem. Please finish filling out the Alternate Design, Materials or Methods of Construction form that has been emailed to you.
