Drawing A600, Door Schedule; Are the Stair Exit Enclosure Doors shown as 050b and 051b intended to not be 90 minute Fire Resistant rated per IBC Section 1022.7?  Refer to Drawing A101a, Main Level Floor Plan - Area A; Drawing A101b, Main Level Floor Plan - Area B; and Drawing A020, Code Plans, Section 1, 1st Floor Code Plan.  Please clarify.  NOT RESOLVED.  Note that my earlier comment referenced the wrong code section in error; it should not be 1027.7, but rather 1022.7.  It is now corrected above. The two Doors may not require a rating if you can show alternate compliance with this IBC Section 1022.7.  RESOLVED.  These two Doors now indicate a 45 minute Fire-Resistance Rating which is in compliance with the applicable IBC Section 1022.7.

Drawing A101a, Main Level Floor Plan - Area A; Drawing A101b, Main Level Floor Plan - Area B; and Drawing A020, Code Plans, Section 1, 1st Floor Code Plan;  Since the Courtyard is not sufficiently far enough away from the hotel, please verify that Door 071 has the required egress width.  Two doors may be required, unless you can show the adequacy of this exit.  Please clarify.  RESOLVED.  This satisfies the minimum exiting requirements.
