The following comments based on the 2014 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be
resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications
does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state
or local regulations.



 



2. REQUIREMENT OF ELECTRICAL
WORK;


Please provide 100% engineered electrical drawings by a registered
professional electrical engineer in the State of Alaska. The design shall
include:



  1. Panel
    schedule with existing and new circuits, connected load and NEC demand load.

  2. Existing service load
    calculations as required per NEC 220.87.

  3. Panel feeder (250 feet
    long?), Circuit homerun and voltage drop calculations.

  4. Owner (Wells Fargo) site
    plan (sheet 1 of 7) shows three new circuits 30 Amp and 2 circuits 20 Amps.
    General electrical note shows two 20 amps circuits. Which ones are intended to
    be used?

  5. The new light pole, feed and circuitry.  

  6. Does the new walk-up ATM building have heat?

     

    3.  When the above comments have been addressed,
    please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three
    (3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical
    engineers stamp and signature.
