Advisory Comment: Right of Way Permit required for all work in Municipal Rights of Way, Public Use, generic Utility, Storm Drainage, and some BLM Easements. Types of work include, but are not limited to water and sewer service connections, new driveways, drainage improvements and landscaping improvements. Only contractors with a current Right of Way Bond on file in the Right of Way Office may obtain a Right of Way Permit.
Provide or correct the Vicinity or Location Plan.
Show all the easements for the work areas with the legal title of the easement, dimensions and the easement boundaries. Especially important are the Public Use, Drainage and Utility (with that designation in the easement title) easements, where MOA ROW has permitting responsibility.
3-20-2017: The Public Use Easement and the Drainage and Utility Easement at the north west sector of the Dimond Mall property are not shown or clearly visible on any of the plans.
4-5-2017: PUE is shown on 4/4/17 submittal. 20' Drainage and Utility Easement is shown, though lightly, near outline of Dimond Center Hotel. RRJ
