Drawing T1.1, Code Plan, and Drawing A0.2, Exiting Plan; Please address the requirements of IBC Section 1028.2 and 1028.3 as a part of the Code Plan and Exiting Plan.  It appears that there are actually two main entrances for this large assembly occupancy.  Possibly the requirements of IBC Section 1028.2 should apply to both the main north and south entrances.   RESOLVED.  This comment is resolved on the basis of an agreed upon exiting plan developed during preliminary meetings.  No change required.  03/29/17

Drawing T1.1, Code Plan, and Drawing A0.2, Exiting Plan; A thermal barrier is required per IBC Section 2603.4 for the freezer and cooler or show compliance to the requirements in IBC Section 2603.4.1.2.  Please provide freezer and cooler cut sheets and details to include the thermal barrier or clarify code compliance.  DEFERRED.  This comment is deferred to a later submittal for approval prior to issuance of a CO on this permit.  03/29/17

Drawing T1.1, Code Plan; The assembly type shown for the roof appears to contain foam plastic.  A thermal barrier is required per IBC Section 2603.4.1.5 for the roof (foam plastic) or show compliance to the requirements in IBC Section 2603.9.  Please provide roof cut sheets and details to include the thermal barrier or clarify code compliance.   DEFERRED.  Demolition work will shed a better light on the existing roof insulation.  Thus, this comment is deferred to a later submittal for approval prior to roof work and issuance of a CO on this permit.  03/29/17
