1. The following comments based on the 2014National Electrical Code (NEC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. Theapproval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of anysection of the NEC or any federal, state or local regulations.
2. PANEL SCHEDULE:
Sheet E100 (PanelSchedule). Please provide panel schedule with the following:
(a) Panel schedule calculated loads and NECdemand loads.
(b) Circuit directory / identification as requiredby NEC section 408.4.
(c) Calculated result with the amperage interruptingampacity.
3. EXISTINGSERVICE LOAD CALCULATIONS:Sheet E100. The plans have no calculations for feeder loads for the existingbuilding as required by NEC Section 220.87. Please address.
4. AVAILABLE FAULT CURRENT:
Sheet E100 (Available Fault Current). Provide calculation for the available fault current at the main service equipment. NEC Section 110.24 requires that service equipment be legibly marked in the field with maximum available fault current. Please address.
5. When the above comments have been addressed,please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three(3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electricalengineers stamp and signature.
