1. Provide storage rack plans that have been stamped and sealed by the EOR.

2. Show the minimum attachments, member sizes, connections, anchor bolts, anchor bolt embedment, etc., and other required information as noted in the calculations on the plans.

3. Note that the post installed anchors require special inspection on the plans.

4. Provide a letter from the special inspection agency that will be performing the special inspection of the post installed anchors. 

5. Provide the aluminum storefront design for review as a deferred submittal - note this on the plans.
