1) STATUS: 2-23-2017 Comments to be addressed.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations. 

3) P.0.100                 The lavatory requires an ASSE1070 point of use mixing valve per UPC 4021.2. Please clarify.

4) P.0.100                 Clarify the note "Mixing Faucet Mounted 18" AFF Above Floor Drain" in the ENLARGED TOILET ROOM PLAN and the plan showing the lavatory faucet above the floor drain.

5) P.0.100                 The floor/ceiling assemblies in the Dimond Center Tower require a two hour rating for Type "I-A" construction. Provide listed floor penetration details for the lavatory and toilet waste piping. 

6) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.   (23.10.104.8.1)
