1) STATUS: 2-23-2017 Comments to be addressed.

2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations. 

3) M.0.100                At all of the locations of the reference to Key Note #11, the walls are not rated (per the architectural drawings) and therefore fire dampers will not be required. Delete all references so as not to complicate the mechanical inspections.

4) M.0.100                Provide the permit number for the rooftop installation by landlord referred to in Key Note #15.

5) M.0.100                The architectural plans call for GWB ceilings. Delete the second paragraph of NOTE REGARDING HVAC DUCTWORK.

6) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.   (23.10.104.8.1)
