1. The following comments based upon the 2012International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued.The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of anysection of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.
2. TOILET FACILITIES:
Sheet66 of 74. There is only one ADA bathroom. Please provide location, traveldistance, and code compliance for the restrooms facilities as required by IBCsection and table 2902.1
3. When the above comments have been addressedplease update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets ofrevised architectural pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp andsignature.
