The parking calculations provided reference the old title 21 that is no longer in use. Provide correct parking calculations using the current version of title 21..///The new parking calculations include 2 Type B loading berths. 2 type A loading berths are required for warehouse space. It has been brought to my attention that these are not necessarily warehouses and could be leased to contractors (light or specialty trade) that being the case the parking calculations would change. Provide sufficient information to resolve the calculations.
