1) STATUS: 11-01-2016 Comments to be addressed.                      12-16-2016 COMMENTS TO BE ADDRESSED.                  1-13-2017 APPROVED.


2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building, Mechanical and Fuel Gas Codes must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC, IMC, IFGC or any federal, state or local regulations.               RESOLVED 12-16-2016. 


3) Provide mechanical plans signed and sealed by an Alaska registered professional mechanical engineer.            RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 12-12-2016.


4) Provide full size drawings with a minimum print size of 3/32".             RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 1-12-2017.


5) Provide structural and seismic calculations plus fastening details for the evaporator coil to include engineers stamp and signature, for structural review on a deferred submittal basis.         RESOLVED 1-13-2017.


6) Provide the refrigerant type, room volume, pounds of refrigerant and calculations to determine if the amount of refrigerant is under the maximum allowable per IMC Table 1103.1.                  RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 1-12-2017.


7) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised mechanical pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.   (23.10.104.8.1)               RESOLVED 1-13-2017.
