Provide fire sprinkler hydraulic calculations for all remote areas served by the replacement fire pump. This is required since AWWU water system has lower pressures than when the original fire pump was installed.

Plans show in comments that the existing fire pump controller is being reused, but in the submitted documentation there is a new fire pump controller listed. What is being installed?

Current fire pump is a horizontal split case pump. The new fire pump is a inline vertical fire pump. This is not a direct replacement fire pump and must meet all 2012 IBC/IFC code requirements to include the 2010 NFPA 13 and 20 requirements for the upgrade of the fire pump system

Per Alaska Regional Hospital Chief Engineer JJ there is not secondary water from tank. Please update the drawing or provide location and size of fire water tank that is supplying the fire pump.

Backflow listed on the plans is a 4 inch Ames 2000SS double check. Back flow that is currently installed is a Reduced Pressure backflow, is this being changed out to an AMES Backflow?
