NOTE – The following comments
are based on the fire department inspection plan review and inspection. The
previous approval was based on incomplete electrical engineering drawing. The
fire plan review comments need to be addressed.

1.  The
following comments based on the 2014 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be
resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications
does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state
or local regulations.

2. ONE LINE DIAGRAM:           

Sheet E-1.The fire plan
review \ inspection noted in their report that the existing and revised line
diagram do not match.

(a)  Provide complete line diagram for the existing
and new revised plans. The revised diagram must should show transfer switches,
fire pump(s) and their wiring be in compliance with the current NEC code.

(b)  Provide panels
schedule for the emergency and standby panels.

(c)  Provide
details wiring for the transfer switchers at the source.

(d)  The review will continue after receipt of your
response

3.  When
the above comments have been addressed, please update the electrical plans at
the MOA

Plans Review Office with three (3) sets of
revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical engineers stamp
and signature.
