1) STATUS: 10-25-2016 Comments to be addressed.           11-01-2016 APPROVED.


2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.                     RESOLVED 11-01-2016.


3) A0.1                      The currently adopted version of ICC/ANSI A117.1 is the 2009.          RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 11-01-2016.


4) A0.1                      The 2012 IEBC is also to be included in the list of applicable codes.                    RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 11-01-2016.


5) 7/A6.1                   Provide clarification that the break room sink maximum mounting height is 34" AFF to the flood rim of the fixture per ICC/ANSI A117.1-606.3.                 RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 11-01-2016.


6) A7.1                      The toilet room walls within 2 feet of the lavatory and water closet are to have a smooth, hard, nonabsorbent surface, to a height of not less than 4 feet above the floor per IBC 1210.2.2. Provide clarification.                  RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 11-01-2016. 


7) A7.1                       Provide clarification of the door hardware groups.                RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 11-01-2016.

 

8) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised architectural pages to include clouded changes, architects stamp and signature.
