1. Provide haul route information to and from proposed import and export locations. Identify the proposed import and export locations.
2. Provide recorded snow management agreement with municipality for alternative snow management solution. Contact Sonnet Calhoun in Planning for application.
3. Sheet C4.0 - Provide additional sheet notes to the plan. A) All pavement markings shall be painted with 4" white striped unless otherwise noted. B) All accessible parking spaces shall be painted with 4" blue stripes. All curb /wheel stops to be painted blue for accessible space
4. Sheet C4.0-- Provide a R&P-101 "No Parking Anytime" for the van accessible aisles. Add sign information to sign stable. Indicate location of these signs on the plan.
5. Sheet C4.0 -Provide Dimensions to include width and radius information for driveway connection to East 64th Avenue.
6. Sheet C4.0 - Class A loading berths shown. Please provide information that demonstrates turning an maneuverability for a semi truck vehicle.
7.Sheet L1.0 - Show sight distance triangles for driveway at East 64th Avenue.
