1) STATUS: 9-09-2016 Comments to be addressed.                 10-13-2016 APPROVED.


2) The following comments based upon the 2012 Uniform Plumbing Code must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the Uniform Plumbing Code or any federal, state or local regulations.                RESOLVED 10-13-2016.


3)  P1.0               The P-2 public use lavatory requires an ASSE 1070 point of use mixing valve per UPC 421.2. MV at the water heater is not sufficient.           RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10-12-2016.


4) 4/P1.0             Water closets P1A & P1B are required to be separately vented per UPC 901.1.               RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10-12-2016.


5) When the above comments have been addressed, please update the plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three sets of revised plumbing pages to include clouded changes, engineers stamp and signature. RE-SUBMITTALS ARE TO BE DIRECTED TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PERMIT MANAGER WITH A LETTER OF RESPONSE ADDRESSING EACH COMMENT.   (23.10.104.8.1)                RESOLVED 10-13-2016.
