1) STATUS: 9-09-2016 Comments to be addressed.            10-13-2016 APPROVED.


2) The following comments based upon the 2012 International Building Code (IBC) must be resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications does not permit the violation of any section of the IBC or any federal, state or local regulations.                    RESOLVED 10-13-2016.


3) A1.0                The construction type for the tower portion of the "Dimond Center Mall" is "!-A". Please revise.               RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10-12-2016.


4) A2.0                Wall type "C" requires top of wall slip joints. Please clarify.                     RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10-12-2016.


5) 4/A2.0             Note #4, horizontal grab bars are to be mounted 33" to 36" AFF to the top of the gripping surface (not centerline).  (ICC/ANSI A117.1-609.4.1)                            RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10-12-2016.


6) 3/A2.1             Structural columns within Type "I-A" construction have a required 3-hour protection. Please clarify and indicate that any damage to that protection must be repaired.           RESOLVED PER RE-SUBMITTAL RECEIVED 10-12-2016.
