1.  The
following comments based on the 2014 National Electrical Code (NEC) must be
resolved before a permit is issued. The approval of plans and specifications
does not permit the violation of any section of the NEC or any federal, state
or local regulations.



 



2.  EXISTING SERVICE LOAD CALCULATIONS:

Sheet E5.0. The plans have no calculations for feeder loads for the existing
building as required by NEC Section 220.87. Please address.



 



3.  CIRCUIT DIRECTORY OR CIRCUIT INDENTIFICATION
ON FLOOR PLAN & PANEL SCHEDULES:



Sheet E5.0 (Panel
Schedules and Floor Plans Circuit Identifications). Panel LS3 has two circuits
named rec.  Please note that these
circuits should be individually identified with their locations on floor plans
and on the panel schedules according to NEC 408.4 for circuit identifications.



 



4.  When the above comments have been addressed,
please update the electrical plans at the MOA Plans Review Office with three
(3) sets of revised electrical pages to include clouded changes, electrical
engineers stamp and signature.
